Though the hideous Virgie Arthur is still fighting for custody, Access Hollywood is reporting that the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, Larry Birkhead, will be allowed to take his child home with him to Los Angeles as of Wednesday of this week.
And, of course, Access Hollywood’s gonna have an exclusive sit-down interview with Birkhead on Thursday.
